Jr NTR's film with "1 Nenokkadine" director Sukumar is all set to go on floors in April, 2014.
"1 Nenokkadine", which released on 10 January, has been performing poorly at the box office. The film earned negative talk which affected its business in Andhra Pradesh. Following the failure of "1 Nenokkadine", speculations were rife that Jr NTR might not team up with director Sukumar.
Now, the rumours have been put to rest with the film's producer BVSN Prasad (who produced industry hit "Attarintiki Daredi") officially confirming that Jr NTR will be teaming up with Sukumar for a new project. A press note from BSVN Prasad has revealed that Jr NTR is excited to work with the "1 Nenokkadine" director after hearing the storyline from him.
Jr NTR is currently busy with Santosh Srinivas's project which has been tentatively titled "Rabhasa". The film's shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and after completing it, the actor is expected to start his new film with Sukumar. The untitled flick is set to commence in April.
Sukumar, who is known to take more time to complete a film ("1 Nenokkadine" took over a year to get completed), is planning to finish the NTR starrer quickly. This is the first time that the director-actor duo will be teaming up for a film, which has raised a lot of expectations among fans of both celebrities
According to reports, Sukumar wil not be experimenting with his new film unlike "1 Nenokkadine". The NTR starrer will reportedly have all the commercial elements that the actor's fans would expect from his films. Details about the other cast and crew are yet to be announced.
