"SNL" alum and late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon is turning 41 on Saturday, 19 September. Fallon, who became a household name owing to his uncanny impersonations and almost always bursting out laughing during his "SNL" skits, has now mastered the art of inventing ridiculously entertaining games.
He gets his celebrity guests to do weird and bizarre things in the name of comedy, and it never fails to make us laugh. So, in celebration of the funny man's birthday, we have compiled five of the best games that Fallon gets his guests to play on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon":
Word Sneak
Invented for the more articulate celebrities, this Tonight Show game challenges the guests and Jimmy to sneak in an ornamental and long word into a conversation, in way that would hopefully unnoticed by the other. Watch Russel Brand play it:
True Confessions
Best played with best friends, this game requires the contestants to state one truth and one fictional statement, and see if others can find out which is which. Watch Fallon reunite with old "SNL" friends Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for a round of True Confessions:
Wheel of Musical Impressions
This entertaining game challenges the contestants' musical, impersonation and humour talents at the same time. Watch Ariana Grande slay the game at a recent appearance in "The Tonight Show":
5-Second Summaries
This game, best performed by Andy Samberg, requires contestants to give summaries of movies in five seconds - and less, with each round.
Lip-Sync Battle
We saved the best for the last, because if you don't know about the Lip Synch Battle by now, you have been living under a rock. These competitions between Fallon and his guests – starting with John Krasinski – got so popular that it has been made into a TV show for Spike TV.
