What happens when India's reigning superstar visits the sets of super-entertaining dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa"? Non-stop paisa-vasool fun and brilliant performances.
Salman Khan, who was on "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" this weekend to promote his upcoming movie, "Kick", amped the spectacle to a whole new level with his antiques and witty remarks. Wearing a "Being Human" t-shirt and beige pants, Khan looked his charming best.
Contestants Sophie Choudry and Mouni Roy, who gushed at the mention of Khan, took a rapid fire test to prove their love for the star. While Sophie and Salman have known each other from years ago, Mouni was just another smitten fan.
Khan, who has received rave reviews for his recent rendition, "Hangover", crooned along with Sophie on the show. He also grooved with the prodigal dancer Akshat Singh on some of his songs, and appreciated the talent the nine-year-old brings to the show. Palak and RJ Malishka delivered near-average acts with a Raj Kapoor and fairytale romance respectively.
Jacqueline Fernandez, who plays the female lead in the film, entered the show, looking every inch a diva, a peachy pink ensemble. While the brooding Ashish Sharma displayed a fun side of him and "cooked" a delicious act, Akshat impressed the judges with his robotics.
Apart from being blown away by the brilliantly choreographed acts, Salman participated in the gags performed by hosts Manish Paul and Ranvir Shorey. He also participated in the hilarious roti-making competition held between Madhuri Dixit, Remo D'souza and Jacqueline.
The Sajid Nadiadwala directorial "Kick", which features hardcore action and chase sequences is set to release on 25 July. The film, which is a remake of a Telugu film of the same name, stars Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles.
