AIADMK chief J Jayalalithaa has been sworn in as the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister for the record fifth time, after her aide O Panneerselvam resigned from the post on Friday.
Jayalalithaa took oath at the centenary hall of the Madras University on Saturday, along with 28 other ministers.
For Jayalalithaa, green was the colour of the day.
The 67-year-old former movie star's return to power comes after her acquittal by the Karnataka High Court in the disproportionate assets case.
