New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): As the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) swept the civic polls in Odisha, winning 45 of the 66 urban local bodies, while the BJP could manage to win only one local body despite campaigning hard, BJD leader Jay Panda said on Saturday that Odisha civic poll result was natural and didn't come as a surprise to anyone. He further said that BJD had already made it clear that it___s not with either BJP or Congress, and that the party works only for the progress of the state.
