Jasprit Bumrah has lived up to every billing touting him as the next superstar of world cricket as the quick bowler ran through the Australian batting order, picking up his third fifer of a yet fledgling Test career at Melbourne on Day 3.
Bumrah is living a fairy tale in his international cricket career. The right arm fast bowler has taken to the highest standard of the game like a duck to water and has quickly become India's strike bowler.
On day 3 of the third Test match between India and Australia, Bumrah was at his lethal best as he ended up with figures of 6-33 to dismiss Australia for 151 in their first innings. This gave India a massive 292 runs lead as the visitors had declared for 443 on the afternoon of the second day.
Of Bumrah's six wickets, three came at the top and the remaining half came right at the end. The Indian skipper might have been getting worried as the Australian tail was once again showing signs of wagging but the Mumbai Indians pacer cleaned them up just after tea.
Despite his heroics at the death, Bumrah's picture-perfect moment will no doubt be the wicket of Shaun Marsh whom he dismissed with a magical slower yorker.

He followed it up with a fantastic inswinger that broke Travis Head's defence and stumps. Bumrah had earlier bounced opener, Marcus Harris, out.
This mesmerising spell by Bumrah sent Twitter into a frenzy.
