Punjabi singer Jasmine Sandlas has been roped in to sing a song for megastar Chiranjeevi's much-hyped movie, Khaidi No 150, which marks her debut in the Telugu film industry.
Music director Devi Sri Prasad is composing tunes for the soundtracks of Khaidi No 150. Jasmine Sandlas recently visited his studio Hyderabad to record her first Telugu song. After completing it, the singer took to her Twitter handle to inform her followers about the track, but she did not divulge the details of the song.
Jasmine Sandlas shared her excitement by posting a picture featuring her with Devi Sri Prasad at his studio. The singer also wrote on September 21: "Recorded my first Telugu song with the legendary DSP for none other than megastar. Feel so lucky "
Born in Jalandhar, Punjab, Jasmine Sandlas started singing on stage at an early age and she also participated in many song competitions during her school days. She began writing songs when she was only 16. She began her career with Underground Album 'The Diamond' in 2008. Her first song Muskaan, written by Lalie Gill, got her worldwide fame and name.
Jasmine Sandlas did an album 'Gulabi' with Bohemia in 2012. She was out with single Punjab De Javak in 2015. She also made her debut as playback singer in Bollywood with Salman Khan's Kick and she sang the song "Yaar Naa Miley" with Yo Yo Honey Singh. Now, her debut song in Telugu is expected to flood her with several offers from Southern film industries.
