ZEE TV Channel is all set to welcome the New Year with a grand celebration, "Jashan-e-Umeed".
"Jashan-e-Umeed" will see popular celebs from the small screen gracing the event and entertaining viewers with their sizzling dance performances.
To be hosted by Ali Asgar, Gaurav Gera, Rajeev Thakur, Siddharth Sagar and Kiku Sharda, the event will see Mouni Roy, Gautam Gulati, Gauahar Khan, Rashami Desai, Rithvik Dhanjani, Asha Negi, Dayanand Shetty and Anup Soni dancing on popular Bollywood songs.
Sana Khan-Vishal Singh, Sargun Mehta-Gurmeet Choudhary, Karan Tacker-Krystle Dsouza and Ridhi Dogra-Arjun Bijlani will also entertain the audience with their couple dance acts.
"Yes, we are producing New Year celebration for Zee TV. It is basically highlights of 2015, which will be narrated via dance performances and gags," Vikas Kalantri, producer of Whiteleaf Entertainment, told Telly Chakkar.
Sargun told the web portal of the channel: "This is the first time that I am performing with Gurmeet Choudhary, and we really had a good time. It was like a mad house shooting with TV friends."
"Jashan-e-Umeed" will be aired on Sunday, 27 December, at 5 pm on Zee TV.
Meanwhile, it is being reported that Zee TV is all set for some major changes on their current shows, wherein all the shows that have been airing from Monday to Friday will be extended by another day.
With this, it appears like Zee TV's highly popular shows, including "Kumkum Bhagya", "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani", "Jamai Raja", "Qubool Hai" and others, will soon be airing from Monday to Saturday.
