Pakistan violated ceasefire yet again in the Rajouri district on Friday around 12:40 pm using small arms and automatic weapons.
The Indian security forces have retaliated appropriately.
Pakistani troops had resorted to heavy mortar shelling in areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district on Monday forcing Indian troops to retaliate.
One army jawan was injured while foiling an infiltration bid in Poonch district's Sawjian sector along the LoC.
Meanwhile, Pakistani Rangers opened fire at Bobiya post in Jammu and Kashmir's Hiranagar sector on Friday injuring one soldier from the Border Security Force (BSF).
The BSF retaliated to the firing and gunned down one Pakistani ranger.

Pakistan has violated ceasefire over 30 times since the Indian Army carried out surgical strikes on terror launch pads across the LoC on the night of September 28.
The army and the police also carried out a major search operation in the Baramulla district after receiving reports of some terrorists hiding in the area.
This is the second search operation being carried out in the district after the security forces retrieved petrol bombs, Chinese and Pakistani flags, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) letter head pads, unauthorized mobile phones and "seditious anti-national publicity material" while conducting a 12-hour raid on Monday morning.
The forces also arrested 44 people for their alleged involvement in "terror-related activities".
The state government also sacked around 12 employees for anti-national activities and also posing a threat to the state's security, sovereignty and integrity.
Around 90 people have been killed and 15000 injured in the protests that have been going on in the Valley since the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani in an encounter in July this year.
