Gunshots were reportedly heard in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Tuesday afternoon.
The gunshots were heard after the Indian Army launched an operation in Zanblipora village near Bijbehara town.
According to Greater Kashmir, shots were fired when some local boys were playing cricket in a field.
Authorities have denied that the Army opened fire, but locals said that they heard gunshots when the Army launched an operation in the area, the daily reported.
