At least seven civilians were injured in a grenade attack in Anantnag district of Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday, said reports.
The incident took place at Kangiwada Achabal bus station in Gajawada area of the district.
The security personnel have arrived at the spot. The culprits behind the incident are yet to be identified.
The grenade, which was reportedly hurled at an army vehicle, exploded on the road.
"Militants hurled a grenade at an army vehicle at Kangiwada Achabal bus station in Anantnag district which exploded on the road," IANS quoted a police officer as saying.
