New Delhi, Feb 17 (ANI): YSR Congress President Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday lashed out at Sonia Gandhi and Congress party over Telangana decision and asked how would Gandhi feel if somebody come with a bill that those who don't belong to India should leave the country. He said that such a decision will set a draconian principle in place and that no bill have ever got passed without the assembly's approval and the approval of the state.
