Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's wedding has become the talk of the town ever since several reports suggested the couple is all set to tie the knot in Florence and Milan in Italy on December 9 and December 12, respectively.
Anushka's best friend Jacqueline Fernandez had an "oops" moment when she almost ended up confirming Virushka's wedding at Lux Golden Rose Awards 2017.
Jacqueline, who attended the award show, was looking gorgeous in an embroidered white saree as she stepped on the red carpet. Later, when she took the podium to address the media, she almost confirmed that Virat and Anushka are indeed getting married this week.
Asked how she would congratulate the couple on their wedding, Jacqueline immediately jumped for joy and said: "I am so so excited. I think it is an amazing news. I am really happy for Anushka and Virat. I can't wait for their wedding."
However, when one of the scribes asked whether she was confirming Virat and Anushka's wedding, Jacqueline realised she may have revealed too much. She took a long pause and burst into laughter.
When she was further asked if she had got an invitation, Jacqueline immediately pointed her finger at the journalist who asked her the question in the first place and said: "He just confirmed it!" Then, with a smirk on her face she said she didn't get any invitation for the wedding.
When she was prodded further, Jacqueline tried not to reveal any further details and said: "I didn't say anything. Anushka's gonna kill me!"

Though Anushka's spokesperson has denied the rumours, there have been several developments that hint at the possibility of they getting hitched.
While reports suggest Virushka's family members and close friends are making their way to Italy to attend the big fat wedding, it is believed that cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh will be present on their D-Day.
Reports also suggests that the couple will host a grand reception for their Bollywood and cricket friends in Mumbai on December 21.
