In the latest episode of "iZombie" Season 2 titled "Cape Town," it seems that after eating the brains of a person with super powers, Liv will possess some of his extraordinary powers.

According to the synopsis of the episode, a high school shop teacher, who becomes a vigilante crime fighter named "The Fog" by night, is murdered. Meanwhile, Major engages in an eye-opening conversation with a new friend; and Blaine forces Liv to do the unthinkable.

In the previous episode titled "The Hurt Stalker," Regina Summer was murdered with Clive's gun, so he was suspended for the investigations. He was dating her before Dale, but dropped her when she started to stalk him.

She had left a scrapbook of photoshopped pictures at Dale's doorstep, as she was jealous of her. Regina's brains made Liv act jealous and she found the text messages between Major and "Rita".

The new Super Max drink made the zombie test subjects faster and stronger, and when Vaughn drank it for his workout, he became very aggressive.

When Liv tried to retrieve Regina's album from Chief Price's car, where he hid it to save his marriage as he was involved with Regina, she was caught and landed in jail.

Ravi got her out and they traced the murder to a couple who had hired Regina as wedding planner but then she started another affair with the fiancé.

Previously, Clive and Liv investigated a murder at a magician convention. Blaine asked Liv to help him find out about the disappearing zombies. They broke into Dale's apartment and looked through her evidence collection.

They also found an unopened letter stating the brain in Suzuki's freezer was human, and changed it into cow brain. When Liv delivered the faked report, she was seen by a woman who later left an anonymous note.
