It's Kajol's birthday and the actor is unveiling the trailer of her new film Helicopter Eela

It's the birthday of actress Kajol Devgn! Born on August 5, 1974, as Kajol turns 44, her fans will be treated to something special. The trailer of Kajol's latest film, Helicopter Eela, will be released on her birthday.

Kajol, her actor-producer husband Ajay Devgn and their team will unveil the trailer of Helicopter Eela at a Mumbai multiplex at 12 pm on Sunday.

The Bollywood actress and Ajay Devgn have been sharing posters of Helicopter Eela, making fans curious as to what the film is about, especially with the tagline, 'She is here, there and everywhere!!' The trailer of Helicopter Eela will answer those questions.

Kajol and Ajay had announced the trailer launch date of Helicopter Eela on Twitter on August 3, saying, "Countdown has begun..... two days to go for my b'day and @HelicopterEela trailer. I'm gonna have my cake and eat it tooo. Have a bite with me!!" Ajay Devgn said on Twitter, "Launching the @HelicopterEela trailer in two days on Kajol's birthday. Stay tuned!"

Helicopter Eela is directed by Pradeep Sarkar. Apart from Kajol, who plays an aspiring singer in the film, Helicopter Eela stars Bengali actor Riddhi Sen as her son. The film is a mother-son story. Riddhi Sen had won the National Film Award for Best Actor for the film Nagakirtan. It will be interesting to see him act alongside the brilliant Kajol. 

Helicopter Eela also has Neha Dupia, Atul Kulkarni, Mukesh Rishi and Tota Roy Chowdhury in the cast.

Kajol was last seen in VIP 2 aka Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 with Dhanush in 2017. Her last Bollywood film was Dilwale in 2015, opposite Shah Rukh Khan, with whom she is known to have had the best onscreen pairing ever.

Helicopter Eela is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jayantilal Gada, Dhaval Gada and Akshay Gada. It releases on September 7, 2018. It is based on the play Beta Kaagdo by Anand Gandhi, and written by Gandhi and Mitesh Shah.
