A new undated Isis video was being circulated on Saturday following the Paris attacks, which gives a call to jihadists who cannot travel to Syria to launch attacks in France.
Isis claimed responsibility for the Paris terror attack that left nearly 130 people dead on Friday. French President Francois Hollande called the Islamic State's attack an 'act of war'.
In the Isis video, a militant warns that France will not be in peace till it continues to bomb Isis targets in Syria.
"You will even fear travelling to the market," Isis warns the French in the video, according to Reuters.
France saw the worst attack on its soil on Friday since World War II.
Eight terrorists killed people at restaurants, a concert hall and even near a football stadium where French President Francois Hollande was himself in the audience.
Isis supporters took to Twitter to 'celebrate' the Paris attacks, hinting at the group's role.
