Isis chief executioner Jihadi John, whose real name is Mohammad Emwazi, was the best salesman and star performer of an IT company in Kuwait.
Mohammad Emwazi, a Briton of Kuwaiti origin, was like other workers of the company. He was good to his clients and co-workers.
"He was very good with people. Calm and decent. He came to our door and gave us his CV," Emwazi's former boss told The Guardian.
"He was the best employee we ever had," the former boss further said.
The Isis executioner is believed to have beheaded at least five people and is currently one of the most wanted terrorists in the world.
However, his former employer and colleagues are perplexed at how someone as calm as Emwazi turned into a brutal killer.
A photo taken of the then 21-year-old Emwazi has also emerged online. The image shows a lean young man in an Arabic headgear.

Emwazi - a Kuwaiti belonging to the nomadic Bidoon Tribe
Recent documents on Emwazi reveal he was born in Kuwait and belongs to the Bidoon tribe. The Bidoons are stateless people who have no citizenship in Kuwait and hence, enjoy no privileges.
His clan reportedly lives in Tayma'a neighbourhood of Jahra district, 30 minutes drive from the city centre.
The Kuwaiti authorities reportedly took Emwazi's father Jassem, mother Ghaneyah, and eldest brother Omar for a routine questioning on Sunday.
