Colors channel is all set to introduce a new show titled "Sangharsh," which will be produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions. Mishal Raheja, who is currently seen on "Ishq Ka Rang Safed," has apparently been signed up to play the lead role on the new show.
"Sangharsh" is at its initial stage of development and the other cast members of the show are yet to be finalised. "Shashi Sumeet Productions' next venture, based on a social issue will launch soon. The makers are quite keen on roping Mishal for the role of the male lead. After Diya Aur Baati Hum, this will be Shashi Sumeet's big project on screen," a source told Tellychakkar.com.
Another report said that with "Sangharsh" gearing up for its launch in the next few months, other shows telecast on Colors channel would undergo a major change in their time slots.
With "Ishq Ka Rang Safed," which is aired at 6:30 p.m., going off air from Aug. 28, Colors' popular show "Krishndasi," which is telecast at 10:30 p.m., will be moved to the evening timing while "Sangharsh" will be screened during the night slot.
"Ishq Ka Rang Safed (FilmFarm), which airs at 6:30 p.m will go off air on 28 August. And once Sangharsh is prepped to launch, Krishndasi will move to Ishq Ka Rang's slot (6:30 pm) while Sangharsh will take its slot of 10:30 pm," another source told Tellychakkar.com.
Meanwhile, if the report of Mishal playing the lead role on "Sangharsh" turns out to be true, it would be a treat for the fans of the actor to see him in another show soon after his current daily soap "Ishq Ka Rang Safed" goes off air.
