Ahead of the IPL auctions, different franchises, namely Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders have asked their fans for suggestions as far as snapping up players is concerned.
Following this trend, Mumbai Indians too have posted a Tweet and have asked their fans to name the players they would want to see in the squad in the upcoming IPL auctions.
Taking to Twitter, Mumbai Indians asked fans to send in their suggestions as far as the names they should go after in the auctions which is slated to be held next week. The post was captioned ' Who should Hop onto the Bus' leaving the suggestions up to the fans.

Now, this gave the fans an opportunity to voice their opinions. While a certain segment of fans asked the franchise to unearth new stars and give them a platform to perform, there were others who believed that the management should go for International stars. Yuvraj Singh, who has been released by Kings XI Punjab continues to be an attraction and found vocal support in fans.

A total of 346 players will be up for auctions in Jaipur on December 19. Mumbai Indians retained skipper Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik and Krunal Pandya. Kieron Pollard and Mitchell McClenaghan and have done a very good job in retaining the core of the squad.
Mumbai Indians finished fifth in the points table last year having won six out of the 14 games.
