Intex India has launched another budget Android smartphone in Indian market. Named as V2, the new smartphone belongs to Intex's existing Android smartphone portfolio Aqua.
Priced at ₹3,090, the new smartphone will be available through online e-commerce site Ebay India as well various offline stores. According to Intex, the Aqua V2 will be available in different colour options including Black, Brown and White.
Boasting a 3.5-inch WVGA display at 320x480 pixels resolution, the Aqua V2 comes powered by a Spreadtrum SC7715 SoC running at 1GHz clock speed. The Intex Aqua V2 also features 256MB worth RAM, 512MB of internal storage with an added option for memory expansion through MicroSD card. The Dual SIM Android smartphone also supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity.
Running on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 OS, the Intex Aqua V2 features a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera.
Measured at 116.8×60.8×10.2mm, the smartphone weighs just 112g it packs a 1,300mAh battery with a claimed battery life of six to eight hours of talk time and up to 180 hours of standby time.
The Aqua V2 also includes sensors such as accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
