The life of television celebrities is frantic and stressful. They shoot round-the-clock without any leave, which can take a toll on their health. Many celebs believe that yoga helps them to cope up with their stressful life.
Pooja Gor recently went to a yoga retreat during her vacation in Manali. "I went to a yoga and meditation retreat in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, for nine days. I enjoyed the experience. I also indulged in trekking and rafting," Pooja told the Hindustan Times.
Hina Khan, who plays the lead role of Akshara on "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" recently started practicing yoga and the actress had also shared a picture of her practicing yoga on her Twitter handle. Deepika Singh, who plays the role of Sandhya on "Diya Aur Baati Hum," also practises yoga on a daily basis.
Last year, Rubina Dilaik had said that she has been practising yoga for more than a decade now. "Yoga is my priority, it's a combination of soul and physical aspect, full of spirituality. I practice it regularly and I have been doing it for over a decade now," she had told Tellychakkar.com.
Giaa Manek had said that yoga helps in lowering her stress level. "Yoga is brilliant, it helps us more than workouts. The stress levels also go down, lending a glow to the face. I personally practice yoga thrice a week," she had told the web portal. Roshni Chopra had said that yoga helps her balance her life emotionally.
