Bollywood actor Salman Khan turns 50 today, i.e., 27 December. Along with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, Salman is also celebrating his golden jubilee this year.

The actor hosted a birthday party on Saturday and several Bollywood celebs including Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh, Urvashi Rautela, Farah Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, Ameesha Patel, Sania Mirza, Tabu, Amrita Arora and many others joined the actor on his special day. 

It seems the year 2015 has been a lucky one for Salman. Both of his films – "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" – turned out to be blockbusters and he also became the only actor whose film crossed the Rs 500 crore mark in a year.

He even captured millions of hearts with his song "Main Hoon Hero Tera" from the film "Hero". Apart from hosting controversial television show "Bigg Boss 9", the actor is also busy shooting for his upcoming flick "Sultan".

Produced by Yash Raj Films, Salman will be playing the character of a wrestler from Haryana in this flick. The actor reportedly is on a break and will resume shooting after his birthday.
