Vizag, Oct 29 (ANI): Naval chief Admiral R K Dhowan on Wednesday said that the Indian Navy is always prepared to deal with any kind of natural calamity. Talking about the cyclonic storm Nilofar that is likely to have a landfall near Naliya village of Kutch district by November 1, Dhowan said they are ready to face it.
