India are touring Zimbabwe as part of the Future Cricket Tour Programs (FTP) prepared by International Cricket Council (ICC). The One Day International (ODI) bilateral series started on 24 July and will conclude on 3 August.
A total of five ODIs will be played - first three matches will be played at Harare Sports Club, Harare and the last two at Queens Sports Club.
Many would see the contest as one-sided, as India are ranked No.1 in the ICC ODI ranking and won the recent Champions Trophy 2013 and the Celkon Mobile Cup Tri-Series, but the series could through in surprises as India have dropped four key players, including skipper.
