New Delhi/Akhnoor, Nov 17 (ANI): Politicos and security expert on Monday said that dialogue with Pakistan cannot happen if unprovoked firing at cross borders continued as Pakistani Rangers yet again violated ceasefire in Jammu and Kashmir.BJP Leader GVL Narasimha Rao said that despite repeated reminders Pakistan continued to violate ceasefire. Security expert Qamar Agha said that terror and talk cannot go hand in hand.
