New Delhi, Nov 26 (ANI): As five years passed by since the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, RK Singh, former union home secretary said on Tuesday that India needs to have policies to tackle and act against Pak’s terrorism & ISI. He said that ISI was involved in the Mumbai attack and that Pakistan is taking no action in this regard. He said that 90 percent of the proof is with Pakistan as the whole training took place there and that still Pakistan is refusing to take any action whatsoever.
