New Delhi, Nov 21 (ANI): General Secretary of Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong met Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh in New Delhi, as the two leaders agreed to enhance the bilateral trade and strategic relations between the Asian countries.
