It was celebrities galore at the special screening of "Ram-leela" at Light Box, organized by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his family, friends, cast of the film and people in film industry.
Celebrities like Rekha, Manisha Koirala, Sonali Bendre, Sridevi, Priyanka Chopra, Aditya Roy Kapur, Poonam Dhillon, Simi Garewal, Javed Akhtar, Ashutosh Gowariker and several others graced the event.
"Ram-leela" lead pair Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh looked composed and stylish at the event, interacting with the guests. Deepika looked pretty in a white gown while Ranveer wore a charcoal grey suit.
Deepika Padukone recently said that everyone had worked really hard, which will be reflected in the film.
"It has been an emotional journey more than anything else. I think our blood, sweat, tears, happiness, everything that we have ever experienced in our lives, we have put into this movie. I hope that when you guys go to watch the movie on 15 November, you will enjoy the movie and you will feel a lot of love and you will feel the effort and the love that we have put into the making of this movie," Deepika told ANI.
"Ram-leela", produced and directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's epic love story "Romeo and Juliet" and was released on Friday, 15 November.
