Rumours about the next iteration of ASUS Padfone Inifinity has been hitting the headlines of late, and now, the alleged image of the smartphone has made it online, hinting the imminent arrival of the handset.
The purported image, which appeared on ePrice, shows the upcoming smartphone ASUS Padfone Inifinity A86 alongside the current Fonepad infinity. The image shows the device in complete white chassis, and from the look of it, the successor of Asus PadFone Infinity is likely to sport the same design of its predecessor. Besides the design, the latest leak has also revealed that the handset would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and likely to make its debut in September.
Earlier this week, the smartphone was spotted on GFX benchmark with a 2.2GHz processor and Android 4.2.2 operating system. Regarding its specifications, the smartphone is rumoured to come with full-HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. However there is no information about the screen size and the tablet dock of the handset.
The current version of PadFone Infinity sports a 5-inch with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolutions and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating ssyetm. Other features include 2GB of RAM, a 2,400mAh Li-polymer battery and a 13 megapixel primary camera.
