Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Deepika Padukone and several others flew down to Macau, China, to take part in the 14th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards that will take place on Saturday night.
Several B-Town stars including Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan among others reached Macau on Thursday, but King Khan arrived in the city only on Friday to attend the much-awaited awards ceremony.
SRK was accompanied by Madhuri, Deepika, Javed Akhtar and Kamal Haasan on Friday.
"Long travel but in the company of beautiful ppl...Pam Aunty,Madhuri.Deepika,Javed Akhtar & Kamalhasan...invigorating to say the least!" the actor tweeted.
Belgian martial artist Jean Claud Van Damme, who is a special guest at IIFA 2013, also arrived in the city on Friday. The 52-year-old Hollywood legend attended the awards show after a gap of seven years.
Meanwhile, "Dabangg" star Salman Khan will not be attending the event this year because of his upcoming film. The actor tweeted saying he is busy shooting for "Mental". [Read the report here]
Among the celebrities who arrived in Macau for the event are Katrina Kaif, Sridevi along with her daughters and husband Boney Kapoor, Kamal Haasan, Abhishek, Shahid, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Amrita Rao, Neil Nitin Mukesh, ABCD director Remo D'souza, Huma Qureshi, Dia Mirza, Prabhu Deva, Boman Irani, Ram Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Ayushmann Khurrana, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anu Kapoor, Zenat Aman, Sophie Choudry, Anupam Kher, Anurag Basu, Vir Das, Pam Chopra R Balki, Sushant Singh Rajput, Gauri Shinde and Ankita Lokhande.
