The 13th International Indian Film Academy Awards ceremony (IIFA) held in Singapore, rolled out its signature green carpet to scores of Bollywood bigwigs who graced the occasion in their glamorous best.
The three-day film and music festivities that commenced on Thursday brought in the likes of India's most beautiful celebrities, none of who were spared by the shutterbugs. Dominating the scene was the young brood of Bollywood talent that took center stage at the star-studded gala, with Sonakshi Sinha, Nargis Fakhri, Abhay Doel and several other fresh performers making their presence felt.
Bipasha Basu scorched the carpet upon arrival, looking ultra gorgeous in a Gauri-Nainika gown. The "Beedi" star turned up the heat even more with an uber sexy Shivan-Narresh sari that she donned on day two of the event.
Best-actress nominee Priyanka Chopra looked pretty in peach in a Dolce and Gabbana net gown, while her cousin Parineeti Chopra made her presence felt in a striking cobalt blue creation from Jatin Varma.
Shazahn Padamsee, Preity Zinta, Kalki Koechlin, Neha Dhupia, Sameera Reddy were some of the other actresses who brought an international appeal in their flowing gowns.
Vidya Balan, who won Best Actress for her role in 'The Dirty Picture' stuck to her trademark sari, and this time wore an ethnic gold Masaba creation instead of her much-favored Sabyasachis. Other sari-clad actresses worth mentioning were Sonakshi Sinha, Raveen Tandon, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah and the ever-effervescent Rekha who donned a shimmery gold and burgundy kanjeevaram.
Nargis Fakhri, who looked fiery in a red Christian Dior gown, also took the ethnic route on a separate occasion in blue saree that she draped around an armor inspired blouse.
As for the men, Best Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who despite the anxiety of performing with dad Rishi Kapoor on stage, looked dapper in an all black ensemble. Vivek Oberoi, who attended the event along with wife Priyanka, looked dapper in a black bandhgala.
