Krrish Delhi Smashers will take on the Pune Pistons in the first encounter of the inaugural edition of the Indian Badminton League (IBL) 2013 which kicks off on Wednesday (14 August) at DDA Badminton and Squash Stadium, Delhi.
The contest will start at 08:00 pm IST and will be broadcast live on ESPN and Star Sports 2. It will also be live streamed online on Star Sports official website.

The Krrish Delhi Smashers, owned by the Krrish Group, will be led by India's doubles star Jwala Gutta. World No.2 mixed doubles pair Boon Heong Tan and Kien Kiat Koo and world No. 12 Wong Wing Ki of Hong Kong will be the cynosure of all eyes.
Pune Pistons will be led by Ashwini Ponnappa. Owned by Dabur India Limited, the Pune Franchise has world No.2 Juliane Schenk of Germany and world No.7 Nguyen Tien Minh of Vietnam to boast of. All eyes will be on the trio - Ponnappa, Schenk and Minh.
