Mumbai-based technology firm iBall has released budget smartphone Andi 4.5-K6 in India, via online stores.
The new iBall smartphone sports a 4.5-inch qHD (960x540p) IPS display and runs on the Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 CPU.
Other specifications include 4GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB), 8.0-megapixel camera (with auto-focus and LED flash support), front-camera for video chatting, a 1600 mAh battery, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth, GPS, dual-SIM slots and 3G connectivity support.
Andi 4.5-K6 is priced just under ₹7,400 at eBay.in, and is one of the very few handful budget smartphones in the market to boast 1GB RAM; this feature is certain to sway first-time smartphone buyers who are looking to upgrade their old feature phones.
