The trailer of the much-awaited Shankar directorial "I" has opened to an overwhelming response from viewers. The two-minute trailer was released at 10 pm on 12 December and has raised expectations from the movie.
It could well be called a visual treat from the maker of "Robot" and is a superb combination of imagination, creativity and cinematic experience.
The trailer, which is well supported by AR Rahman with his background music, takes the audience to a different level with its highly-engaging visuals. It begins with an enthralling visual of a dreamy land that is well composed by PC Sreeram through his lens.
The rest of the trailer then takes a turn through some heavy beats and dark visuals, and high stunt performances. Different looks of Vikram in the movie have impressed his fans and the general audience alike. It looks like actress Amy Jackson has grabbed the role of her lifetime. The sharp and sleek editing of the trailer has definitely made the movie the most-awaited of the season.
The movie is expected to hit the theatres during Pongal and is categorised as U/A. It is produced by V Ravichandran under the banner of Aascar Film Pvt Ltd
