The latest buzz on the internet is that after launching its new compact SUV Creta in the Indian market, South Korean auto maker Hyundai is planning to roll out touchscreen infotainment system for its i20 Active and Verna.

While Elite i20 and i20 Active are likely to get the new feature by the end of July, Verna will get it during the festive season.
Recently, Hyundai removed some of the features like leather-wrapped steering and gear knob from i20. Reports indicate that this was done to keep the price in check when introducing the new features.

While the petrol engine of Elite i20 can churn out 83ps of power and peak torque of 114nm, the diesel motor is tuned to generate 90ps of power and peak torque of 220nm.The model crossed 1 lakh sales in the country recently.
