Huawei has unveiled three laptops namely MateBook X, MateBook E, and MateBook D from its MateBook series. Running on Windows 10 software, the laptops will take on Apple's MacBook Air.
MateBook X
The device resembles Apple's MacBook in design and is set to give it a run for its money with impressive specifications. The MateBook X has a 13-inch display with 2,160x1,440 IPS screen, weighs 1.05kg, measures 12.5mm thick, 4.4mm bezel, available in Prestige Gold, Rose Gold, and Space Grey colours, and priced between €1,399-€1,699.

Under the hood, the laptop has a 7th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 processor with Intel HD620 graphics, 4/8GB RAM, 256/512GB SSD, and a 41.4 Wh battery that can last for about 10 hours on one charge. It also supports a MateDock 2.0 USB-C, USB Type-A port, USB-C port for charging, HDMI, and DVI.
MateBook E
It is the successor of MateBook 2-in-1. It sports a 12-inch display with 2,160x1,440 IPS touchscreen, powered by a 7th Generation Intel Core m3 or i5 processors, houses a Intel HD615 graphics, and runs Windows 10. Priced between €999 and €1,299, the device weighs 640g (with folio keyboard), comes packed with 4/8GB RAM, 128/256/512GB storage, and a 4,430mAh battery that can last up to nine hours. It is available in two colours -- Titanium Grey and Champagne Gold.
MateBook D
The laptop sports a 15.6-inch screen with 1080p resolution, and weighs 1.9kg. Under the hood, it has Intel i5 or i7 processors, Nvidia graphics, Windows 10 software, 4/8/16GB of RAM, and 128/256GB SSD or 512GB or 1TB HDD. It will be available in Champagne Gold, Space Grey, and Aurora Blue colours and priced between €799 and €999.
