Chinese smartphone major Huawei has officially launched a collector's-edition Google Nexus 6P in India ahead of Christmas festival season.
The new Nexus 6P model sports a gold-hued metal body and costs Rs 43,999, Rs1,000 more than the standard grey and silver variants.
The company has confirmed that the Nexus 6P Gold will be available with 64GB storage capacity only, and will go on sale on Flipkart in a few days.
Except the colour, the new Huawei Nexus 6P Gold comes with no additional feature. It houses the same hardware as the earlier models.
Huawei's Google phone has received good response in India compared to its smaller sibling Nexus 5X, made by LG. The latter got a huge 20%-plus price-cut last month, while the former, touted as the Google's first-ever premium Nexus phone, continues to sell with the launch-time price-tag.
