Huawei has finally confirmed that it will launch its flagship device, the Honor 9, next week. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has revealed in a press invite that the handset will arrive at an event in Shanghai on Monday, June 12.
The Huawei Honor 9 is expected to sport a 5.15-inch FHD display with 1,080x1,920 pixels (428 ppi pixel density), powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, and run Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It is expected to feature a 6GB RAM, a 64GB ROM expandable up to 256GB via microSD card, Dual 20MP + 12 MP main camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, an 8MP front-snapper, and a 3,100mAh battery.

The Chinese company is expected to release the device in Europe, starting with Berlin on June 27, according to PlayfulDroid.
Huawei is also expected to launch its new smartband called the Honor Band 3 at the same event on June 12. It may come with IP67 water resistance feature, which was seen in its predecessor Honor Band A2.
No detail of the smartband has been leaked but reports have claimed that it will have smartphone connectivity feature with notifications on the screen, a heart rate sensor and comes with a price tag of 200 ($30/€25/Rs 1,900).
