Chinese telecom major, Huawei is reportedly planning to launch its flagship Ascend P6 smartphone in India, next month.
Technology website FoneArena has reported that Huawei's recently unveiled Ascend P6 would hit the Indian market around 15 August with an estimated price of ₹36,500, the same price point (€449.00) as seen in the European market.
Huawei Ascend P6 sports a capacitive LCD touch screen with HD 1280x 720p display resolution and runs on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with custom user-interface Emotion v1.6 on top.
Under the hood, it packs a 1.5GHz K3V2E quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded via microSD card.
The new Huawei flagship smartphone flaunts a metal frame around its lateral side enhancing its aesthetic look. At just 6.18 mm in thickness, Ascend P6 is claimed to be slimmest smartphone in the industry.
Camera wise, Ascend P6 houses a pretty decent 8.0-megapixel camera with BSI sensor, F2.0 aperture and 4cm macro view. It can take 2592x1952p images as well as record full HD 1080p video. On the front, it flaunts a 5.0-megapixel camera which can snap 2592x1952p pictures and take 720p HD video.
