There was not much hype around HTC One M10 compared to its predecessors, including the M9, but it's slowly beginning to garner attention with its release date drawing close. Now, it's being reported that the upcoming flagship device will be similar to the A9 that was released in November last year.
The Taiwanese company hasn't revealed any detail about its upcoming device dubbed as HTC One M10, but popular leakster Evan Blass @evleaks has claimed in a tweet that it is similar to the A9.
"If you like the A9, you'll love the M10," Evan Blass wrote on his Twitter page. However, it is not clear if he was talking only about design or specifications too.
It has been reported that HTC One M10 will be unveiled at an event in March before being released in April. There were also reports that it would be launched along with a smartwatch in mid-April, but nothing is confirmed as of now as the Taiwanese company is yet to officially announce it.
HTC One M10 could have a slim and metal unibody like the A9. According to reports, it will sport a 2k-4k resolution display and IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. It is also expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, come packed with 64GB/128GB internal storage and 4GB RAM, house a 23MP main camera and have a 3500 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, HTC One A9 has features like a 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 1920 pixels (441 ppi pixel density), Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense, 16/32GB internal memory with microSD card up to 200GB, 2/3GB RAM, 13 MP main camera and 4 MP front snapper and a non-removable Li-Ion 2150 mAh battery.
