It's been more than a month since Taiwanese electronics major HTC had globally unveiled its flagship HTC One smartphone in London and New York City.
The new HTC One smartphone was supposed to hit select European and North American markets by mid-March, but the company hit a roadblock as shipments to the Western markets was delayed due to staggered production.
To compensate the supply constraints, the company had to further push the availability date of its flagship smartphone in Asian markets, including India, indefinitely.
After HTC partially clearing the shipment dues, retailers and network carriers in US and UK have recently began to take pre-orders of HTC One.
Today, in a surprising turn of event,Indian arm of the HTC have officially launched the flagship smartphone HTC One for MRP ₹42,900 and it is expected to hit the Indian market in a couple of weeks from now, adding much to the delight of the Indian HTC fans.
