We all know that the HTC One (2014) aka M8 launch is just around the corner but before it could make its debut, specifications of its smaller sibling HTC M8 Mini has hit the internet.
Popular twitter spy @evleaks, known for his accurate predictions around yet-to-be-released devices, has disclosed the features of HTC M8 Mini. He says the compact model would sport a 4.5-inch HD (720x1280p) display and boast on-screen buttons, similar to its bigger sibling.

Under the hood, HTC M8 Mini will pack a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400, Android v4.4.2 KitKat with custom UI Sense v6.0,1GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage (with microSD card support), a 13.0-megapixel main camera, a 5.0-megapixel front snapper and standard Wi-Fi (a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth v4.0 wireless connectivity. However, the leakster refrains from revealing the release date of this device.
Many believe the Taiwanese company is likely to launch the HTC M8 Mini in the second half of 2014, giving enough time to make reasonable sales between the release of the original 5.0 HTC M8, which is expected to get launched in late March.
HTC had exercised a similar strategy in 2013, when the firm left a four-month gap between the launch of HTC One and its compact variant.
