Taiwanese smartphone maker officially kick-started the countdown for the launch of HTC One successor and has announced to webcast the live event as well.
HTC took to official social network website Twitter to confirm the news."Join us for the countdown to next Tuesday's BIG announcement live streaming here." tweeted the company providing the link to the new webpage with the tag- 'THE BEST IS ABOUT TO GET BETTER'.
The webpage will stream live program, which is said to take place in London and New York City simultaneously on 25 March.
Last week, the company ended the month long video campaign (four clips) - 'Technical Translation' detailing the key features - metal uni-body (airplane grade Aluminum), BoomSound audio system, UltraPixel camera technology and Zoe camera app of the 2013 marquee model HTC One, now the firm promises the successor is about to get better.
As per various reports, the new phone touted as HTC M8 aka All New HTC One is said to boast all metal body with 5.0-inch full HD (1920x1080) display and run on the latest Android V4.4.2 KitKat with custom Sense v6.0 UI powered by the new Snapdragon 801 chipset with 2GB RAM and come in 16GB/32GB/64GB storage variants.
One key features of HTC One successor is that it is expected to house a dual-camera on the rear side with a combined resolution of 16.0-megapixel. A small camera will be placed above the main camera module with dual-LED flash support. Both the cameras have been strategically placed to enhance field of depth when the device is focused on an object.
