While the tech world is busy speculating about HTC's next Smartphone -- in One series -- M9, there is another rumor in the market that the brand is likely to launch another flagship smartphone, Hima.
According to TuttoAndroid, Hima is set to launch at the Mobile World Congress next year, which will also see the release of the HTC One M8 successor, M9. If HTC releases two monster devices at the same event, it is likely to be one of the biggest crowd pullers for the event.
According to @upleaks, the Taiwanese smartphone maker's Hima series handsets are almost ready for release, and are expected to hit shelves by March 2015, through all major carriers in the US. The smartphone is currently said to be undergoing tests at carrier labs.
Hima is set to feature a 5-inch Display with 1920x1080 pixels of resolutions, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC consisting a 2GHz Quad Core processor and a 1.5GHz Quad Core processor, 3GB of RAM and expected to be available with several memory options.
HTC Hima is expected to feature a 20.7MP rear camera and a 13MP or 4 Ultra Pixel sensors on the front. To meet the connectivity requirements, Hima will possibly feature VoLTE, CA or Cat.6 and the smartphone will also boast the power of Android 5.0 Lollipop with their modified interface Sense 7.0.
Apart from this phone, HTC will also release few other Smartphone variants in their existing Desire series. Mobile World Congress, which will take place from 2-5 March 2015, is considered to be the Mecca of Smartphone manufacturers and most of the significant flagships are released in this gala event.
