Taiwanese tech firm HTC seems to be working on another small Android smartphone called Desire 200, suggests a new video which appeared online.
The smartphone carries the design language of HTC One, but looks smaller. By the looks of it, the device is likely to come with a 3.5-inch 320×480 pixel resolution LC panel and will be powered by a 1GHz processor. Other speculated features include 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, microSD card slot and 1,400mAh battery.
The device was found using Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. However, GSM Arena reported that "it is unlikely that the final device would be running on anything older than Android 4.1."
The smartphone had shown up on the internet earlier also .It was expected to make its debut in June along with Desire 600. There is no information on the pricing and release of the smartphone, but is speculated for a launch only in emerging markets.
HTC is expected to launch the smaller version of HTC One in the near future. According to reports, the device is likely to come with a 4.3-inch HD display with 720 pixel resolution and powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor. Other stipulated features of HTC M4 include Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with Sense 5.0, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage and 1,700mAh removable battery.
