HTC is reportedly releasing its new smartphone, the HTC Butterfly 3 codenamed B3, in the second half of this year, according to leakster upleaks.
The report of HTC Butterfly 3's arrival came a few days before the unveiling of HTC's flagship smartphone, the HTC One M9 at the Mobile World Conference 2015 (MWC 2015) in Barcelona, which is scheduled to start on 1 March.

The HTC Butterfly 3 aka B3 is expected to sport a 5.2-inch WQHD screen, which is bigger than the HTC One M9 that is expected to sport a 5-inch full HD display with 1,920x1,080 screen resolution and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor.
It may be mentioned that HTC Butterfly 3 is the successor of the Butterfly 2, which was announced in August last year before hitting the stores next month.
The Butterfly 2 sports a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (441 ppi pixel density), powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 clocking at 2.5 GHz, run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, come packed with 16/32 GB internal memory, 2GB RAM and microSD up to 128GB, non-removable Li-Po 2700mAh battery, and dual 13mp main camera and 5mp front snapper. It also comes with add-ons like IPX7 certified - dust-proof and water-resistant up to 1 metre and 30 minutes, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, hotspot, Bluetooth and NFC.
