Hrithik Roshan's mother-in-law Zarine Khan has revealed that a third person is not involved in the breakup between the actor and wife Sussanne Khan.
Hrithik's separation from wife Sussane sent shockwaves to the industry and fans, as speculations of actor Arjun Rampal's friendship with Sussanne and Hrithik's previous liaison with Mexican actress Barbara Mori were touted as possible reasons for the breakup.
However, Sussanne's mother Zarine, while speaking to The Times of India, has clarified that no other man or woman is involved in the separation and also hoped the couple would reconcile soon.
"I don't want to go into the details of what went wrong, but it's just that they need some space and time. They are two beautiful human beings who love and respect each other. The best part is, no other man or woman is involved in what happened," Zarine told the newspaper.
Sussanne, during the opening of her store recently, had also dismissed rumours of others' involvement in the breakup. "To blame anybody in this situation is very bad. It's only about me and Hrithik, and nobody else," she stressed.
Meanwhile Zarine pointed out that despite the split, Hrithik continues to be a part of the family and sounded hopeful that the star couple would reunite.
"Hrithik is in and out of our house. He came home the other day to wish my husband Sanjay on his birthday (3 January). He is like our son and we love him. God willing, everything will work out fine."
Meanwhile, the "Krrish 3" actor turned 40 on 10 January. Hrithik will reportedly be celebrating his birthday with his sons and family, reported PTI.
