"How to Get Away with Murder" (HTGAWM) has been enticing viewers right from the premiere episode and the legal drama is nearing halfway point with episode 7 titled "He Deserved to Die".
However, the TV World will have to wait for another two weeks to find out the culprit of Professor Sam Keating (Tom Verica) as showrunners Shonda Rhimes and creator Pete Nowalk have decided to reveal it in the next two episodes.
Check out the five things that a viewer must know before "HTGAWM" episode 7:
1. "HTGAWM" episode 6 recap: In episode 6 titled "Freakin'-Whack-A-Mole", Annalise, with the help of Frank Delfino (Charlie Weber), planted evidence against Griffin O'Reilly's (Lenny Platt) on Lila Stangard's (Megan West) murder case. But the episode ended with Nate Lahey (Billy Brown) holding the evidence of Delfino placing Stangard's phone in Griffin's car.
2. The official synopsis of episode 7: "Annalise and the team are focused on Rebecca's case, but when the judge enforces a gag order, Rebecca takes things into her own hands. Meanwhile, Michaela is surprised by a pre-nup, sparks fly between Laurel and Frank, and in flash-forwards, we find out more about Wes and Rebecca's relationship," reads the official synopsis of "HTGAWM" episode 7 titled "He Deserved to Die".
3. Annalise Blames Rebecca and Griffin for Lila's death: As per the trailer of "HTGAWM" episode 7, Professor Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) is shown blaming Rebecca Sutter (Katie Findlay) for Stangard's murder.
"You s***t! You made Griffin strangle that girl on the roof and watch her die because that is a piece of garbage you are," she tells Sutter.
4. Annalise vs Wes Gibbins: In the last six episodes of "HTGAWM", viewers got to watch an invisible bonding between Professor Annalise and her first year associate Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch).
But their relationship might take a new turn when Gibbins finds out that Annalise was playing tricks with him. As per the sneak peek video of "He Deserved to Die", Annalise's plans to accuse Griffin of Lila's death will be unleashed.
5. "HTGAWM" episode 8 spoilers: "The team represents a mother who's on trial for killing her family's nanny while on heavy medication. Meanwhile, a shocking discovery is revealed in Lila's case that could change everything for Rebecca and Bonnie's loyalty to Annalise. In flashbacks, we learn more about Lila and Sam's relationship," reads the official synopsis of "HTGAWM" episode 8 titled "He Has a Wife".
