House of Hiranandani, a real estate company, will be launching a new residential project in Chennai. The 45-storeyed apartment project will have 2 to 5 BHK flats in addition to duplexes and at an overall estimated cost of Rs. 375 crore.
The apartment complex will be built at Egattur, OMR, Chennai over 120 acres of land and will have multiple facilities for buyers.
