House Of Cards season 6 is months away from its premiere and speculations are rife that the chapter will begin by featuring the demise of Frank Underwood.
The former president is likely to be killed by his own wife Claire in the last and Kevin-Spacey free season of the political drama series, according to several plot speculations.
A section of fans believes that the newly-elected president will arrange someone to kill her husband. It is mainly because the British version of the Netflix show featured Frank being killed by a sniper, who was arranged by his own wife.

There is also a buzz that Claire will be directly involved in the death of her husband and the scene will be narrated through flashback sequences since the death will take place off-screen.
"In the season 5 finale, Frank threatens to kill Claire. So, this would be a reversal of that with Claire killing him before he gets a chance," stated Cheat Sheet.
A fan theory, by a Reddit user, also suggests the demise of Frank due to complications in the liver transplant he had in season 4.

Meanwhile, executive producer Michael Dobbs said that the premiere of House Of Cards season 6 will witness the highest television ratings for the show.
"I think the next episode that comes out, which will be the first episode of the final season, will probably have the biggest global audience of any of the episodes of House Of Cards. And it does already go all the way around the globe," Dobbs said during an interview with Today programme of BBC Radio 4.
